Personal Information:

Susan Logee was born 4 Dec 1814 in Burrillville, Rhode Island, the daughter of Elisha and Jerusha (Kimball) Logee.1 On 2 Oct 1831 she was married to Seril W. Daggett in Glocester, R.I. by Elder Andrew Stone2. Seril was born in 1812, the son of Daniel and Sarah (Ball) Daggett3;13.

Susan and Seril appear to have spent their lives in the Burrillville/Glocester area. The births of their children were not recorded. Shortly after their marriage in 1834, they sold property  in Glocester which included land in Killingly, Connecticut to Joseph Keech4. The 1850 census listed Rebecca, Elisha, Marietta and Thomas D. Daggett as children in Serel Daggett's household5. In that census Seril's occupation was listed as farmer and he owned land valued at $200. In the 1860 census he listed his occupation as "Jack Skinner6." By 1870 Serel and Susan were living alone and Serel was listed again as a farmer7.

On 1 Jun 1878 Seril Daggett died and was buried on Acotes Hill in Chepachet Cemetery in Glocester8. By 1880 Susan was residing with her son Thomas Dorr Daggett9. On 7 Nov 1891 Susan executed her will10. She left all her estate to her son Thomas. She died on 22 Apr 1896 in Glocester and was buried by her husband Seril11.

Thomas Dorr Daggett did not marry. He died in 1920 and was buried on Acotes Hill in Chepachet Cemetery12.
